Step 5: In the last row,  label the bottom section with the following: "Acute Angle",
           "Obtuse Angle", and "Right Angle".

           Step 6: Instruct students to use the toothpicks to create and glue their model of each

           two-dimensional figure in the appropriate cell on their construction paper.


           Step 7: Have students use the small sticky tabs to cover the names of the titles for each
           tooth pick model.


           Step 8:  Have students take turns with their partners identifying each geometrical figure
           on the construction paper.  Note:  Challenge students to name the figures as fast as

           possible.











            (1) Explain how lines are classified as parallel, perpendicular, or intersecting?

           (2)  Explain how angles are classified as right, acute, or obtuse?
